Nicole McDonald

has been drawing for as long as she can remember. Growing up, her inspirations were Saturday morning cartoons, fantasy novels and video games. She spent much of her time drawing her own fantastic worlds and cartoon heroes. You could imagine her surprise when she learned you could make a living drawing wizards.

A graduate of Temple University's Tyler School of Art, she learned there was more to good art than spiky hair and magic swords. She explored many different ways of working; including oil paint, fluid acrylics and digital art. This large vocabulary of modern and traditional illustration techniques fosters her flexible approach to her work. Armed with a strong fine art background and awesome Photoshop skills, she seeks to bring a sense of adventure, beauty and fun to her work.
